Our standard build time is 4 weeks. Once complete, the items will reach you within 1-4 working days. Please note delays can be possible due to carrier delays which are outside of our control. Please get in touch as one of our friendly team will be able to chase the couriers on your behalf.
For all custom items, we will provide you with expected delivery timescales.
If you require your order by a certain date, we strongly advise you to contact us in advance.
Please note, when ordering multiple items there may be a longer delay which will not be mentioned when ordering.

We offer refunds within 14 days (from the order arrival date) providing the item/s have been returned in the same condition as when they arrived to you. You can read our full policy here.
